No Mom Should Feel Alone

Every mom knows that the first few months of motherhood–while amazing–can also be incredibly isolating and difficult.

I’ve been accused of highlighting the hard parts of motherhood a little too much, but that’s a criticism I’ll happily take. For every crazy funny story I post about one of my typical days, there are just as many moments that make me feel a little crazy and less-than.

In my latest podcast episode, I interviewed Jen Schwartz from Motherhood Understood.

Jen founded a blog, The Medicated Mommy, years ago to share her own journey with postpartum depression and connect with other moms who were facing the same difficulties.
