Welcome back to the work week! Hope your Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful… Now time to get back to the grind!
Well, friends, another Thanksgiving is in the books. How many weeks til our waistlines recover? 😀 This year was the first I hosted my family and friends, and I don’t mind saying—despite the days-long preparation and exhaustion—I think we nailed it. I’m not saying it was a five-star meal, but we got good reviews …
Here’s Part Two of my tour of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, in which I reconnect with my inner child and absolutely kill a waterslide. Oh man. Why I waited a decade to enjoy this fantastic contraption since the last time, I don’t know. What I DO know, next time I’m near another waterslide–hairstyle and dignity be damned–I’m goin’ all in.
I’m out of the business of TV news now, but pardon me while I tease some upcoming breaking news. Check back in tomorrow right here, and I will be sharing with you some of the very new things that are going on in my life right now!
It’s come and gone again. The Second Most Wonderful Time of the Year is in the books for 2016. We had a very sweet (pun intended, wah wah) time trick or treating with our little Minions in our neighborhood this Halloween, and it was awesome to be able to take our time going house to house and listen to their happy little “Trick or treats!” at every stop.
One of the fun parts of working in television “having to” dress up every day for work. The hair, the makeup, the wardrobe (all three of which I was solely responsible for, so file with the Complaint Department at the front), it was kinda fun to have a job where one of my responsibilities was to look presentable.
